Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

It is a strong and crabby wine, but at the same time elegant and fine after many years in bottle. Peduncolo Rosso is a peculiar variety because during its maturation the join bunch and the rachis change their color from green to light brown.

This change shows that the harvest is approaching and that the grapes are maturing.
