Its beauty is in its elegance and in the fact that is so enjoyable in the mouth, it reminds of freshly cut grass and especially green pepper. In our region, Cabernet Franc belongs to an old selection of vines of 40-60 years ago thanks to the small bunches able to block the slightly bitter and herbaceous tones typical of Cabernet, that could make more difficult to appreciate it in the mouth.

It is one of the few wines that amazes for its regularity, in the cold years as well as in the hottest years.
